Welcome to Grimaud Vacation House, a 65 m² holiday home in Grimaud for up to 6 guests. It has a living room, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a TV and Wi-Fi. Enjoy the private garden with a barbecue, hot tub and outdoor shower, plus a shared uncovered terrace. A children's pool and shared fitness equipment are also available. Self check-in, a shared on-site parking space and street parking make arrival easy. A high chair and cot are available for an additional fee. One pet is welcome for an additional fee. Events are not allowed. Other things to note Pool area: a heated pool is open from the first weekend in April until the end of October. The main pool opens in May, but the waves and slides operate from June until the end of September. Pool access requires passes provided against a deposit. Guests must thoroughly clean the kitchen, wash and put away the dishes, and place rubbish in the outdoor bins. End-of-stay cleaning must be paid for directly on site by guests, with an additional fee depending on the property's condition. To reduce guests' costs, bed linen is not charged through the platform but can be provided on request for an additional fee for the 160 cm and 90 cm beds. Hand towels and bath towels are available by prior arrangement for an additional fee.
